Please read with attention the conditions of use of our website:
1.The Pilot Wings Aviation Store web web site guarantees the quality of all the items it sells. If some of the acquired items have defect, you have a 15 days deadline to return the items. The claims will have to be presented by the email: info@pilotwings.pt or at any of our shops with the respective invoice.
2.The returning items, will only be accepted on their original package. We will not accept software items returns (CD or DVD) in which the original package have been opened, used or violated. Clothing items can only be returned if they haven’t been used (For hygiene purposes, we won’t accept the return of shirts, so please pick your size carefully).
3.In the event of a stamping or production fault, the Pilot Wings Aviation Storewill cover the shipping costs of the new item from our facilities to our customer’s address, however, the return of the item is always supported by the customer. In case of returning clothing items, for size change, the full shipping costs will be supported by the customer.
4.We will only accept returns of items which present production or stamping faults, or in the customer wanting to change the size, depending of the item being sent in its original package. All the items will be replaced by equal items.
5.The orders placed through our site will be sent by CTT or any other shipping company which suits better for each case.
6.Our customers have 3 payment methods when placing an order at our site: PayPal, Bank Transfer in advance, or cash on delivery (only available for national shipping).
7.The orders paid by Bank Transfer, will only be shipped after the process confirmation. The delivery time will only be counted after such confirmation.
8.If we are unable to satisfy an order in the scheduled deadline, for being out of stock of a current item, or any other motive, our customer will be promptly noticed of it, as well for the estimated waiting time.
9.The Pilot Wings Aviation Storehas the right to, without previous notice, change any item price, or any other content shown in the site.
10.The transport costs will be automatically calculated by our system depending on the item’s weight, shipping method and your country location.
11.You can choose to pay for your order in advance by PayPal or Bank Transfer, and then pick up your items in one of our stores.
12. The purchases maded by PayPal will suffer a tax increase for PayPal use calculated in percentage, the value will be indicated by our system before the purchase being finished and added to the transport costs.
13.The pre-paid items to pickup at our stores will be kept during 10 days, after that the item may suffer an increase in its price, should the prices with the suppliers change, and may run out of stock.
14.The delivery deadlines for the items are between 3 or 5 days (for orders in Portugal). This time can increase if the item is out of stock. In that case the customer will be noticed.
15.The prices shown in the website may differ from some of the prices in our stores.
16.Some of the item photos presented in our website may not show all the real details of the item.
17.All the item stocks presented on our website may change, without previous notice, for sale reasons on our stores.
18.The Pilot Wings Aviation Storewill not take any responsibility for the usage of the downloadable software presented on the website, nor will provide any kind of update for it.
19.Depending of the item the price including VAT varies according to the applicable taxes, which are: 0%, 6% or 23%.
